Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to drive our efforts in shaping model behavior and enhancing the real‑world impact and reliability of our models. You will deeply understand how users, developers, and enterprises interact with our models and products, uncovering key usage patterns, pain points, and areas where model behavior falls short. You will identify gaps and translate them into clear opportunities for improvement, while leading the development of rigorous evaluation frameworks that combine online signals (A/B tests, telemetry) with offline assessments, quantitative metrics, automated evaluations, curated query sets, and targeted human review. Working closely with research, product, and forward‑deployed engineering teams, you will drive fast‑paced, data‑driven iteration to ensure the product and underlying models evolve quickly and reliably to meet real‑world needs. This role involves close collaboration with fellow product managers, the science organization, GTM, and cross‑functional teams across the company.

What you will do
  • Conduct research around new model capabilities and around existing behavior
  • Engage with our internal business and solution teams, customers and users to gather feedback to understand how our models are used in production or for real‑world use cases
  • Dive into prompt generations, model evaluations and unit tests leveraging tools such as synthetic data pipeline, observability, etc.
  • Define and champion the vision and roadmap for our LLM model behavior
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (science, GTM, product) to make sure our science strategy aligns with business objectives
  • Make sure our model releases are well understood by stakeholders
  • Build a robust data‑flywheel to quickly launch evals on user and customer signals
  • Own and support experiments that validate hypotheses around model behavior
Required Qualifications
  • Product Management: 5+ years of relevant experience in new, competitive, fast‑paced and ambiguous environments
  • Technical foundations: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field
  • Technical skills: Hands‑on experience with generative AI, LLMs or ML‑driven products with a strong grasp of evaluation methods and curiosity for model training and iteration cycles. You understand technical trade‑offs and can partner effectively with engineering teams
  • Cross‑functional influence: Proven ability to align and inspire engineering, design, and go‑to‑market teams without direct authority
  • Problem‑solving: Balance big‑picture thinking with hands‑on problem‑solving. You’re equally comfortable crafting a roadmap and diving into metrics
  • Communication: Crisp, persuasive storytelling for executives, teams, and users whether in docs, decks, or whiteboard sessions
  • Adaptability: Thrive in high‑velocity, dynamic settings where priorities shift quickly
  • Collaboration: Low ego + high EQ. You build trust and drive decisions through clarity, not hierarchy
  • Autonomy: Self‑directed with a bias for action, you can navigate unknowns and own outcomes end‑to‑end
Location & Remote

This role is primarily based at one of our European offices (Paris, France and London, UK). We will prioritize candidates who either reside there or are open to relocating. We strongly believe in the value of in‑person collaboration to foster strong relationships and seamless communication within our team.

In certain specific situations, we will also consider remote candidates based in one of the countries listed in this job posting — currently France & UK. In that case, we ask all new hires to visit our local office: for the first week of their onboarding (accommodation and travelling covered) and then at least 3 days per month.

What we offer
  • Competitive salary and equity
  • Health insurance
  • Transportation allowance
  • Sport allowance
  • Meal vouchers
  • Private pension plan
  • Parental leave policy – generous
  • Visa sponsorship

We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
