Nous recherchons, un.e Client.e Mystère H/F.

Les missions sont :

Missions ponctuelles tout au long de lannée

1/Visites mystère situées dans votre ville ou aux alentours (Prêt-à-porter, BUREAU DE TABAC Restauration, etc.)

Observer et mesurer divers indicateurs de qualité (propreté, accueil, informations, etc.).

Lenquête consiste à demander des renseignements dans les point de vente.

Un questionnaire est à compléter à la fin de la visite.

La mission consiste à interroger des personnes sur des sujets de grande consommation à laide dune tablette.

- Poser les questions imposées progressivement et de manière naturelle

- Prendre toutes les photos demandées, et plus, en veillant à leur netteté.

- Conserver la facture et tous les justificatifs de paiement

- Manger un repas fait des achats.

Le profil recherché comprend :

- Aucune expérience préalable requise

- Capacité à suivre des consignes précises

Rémunération

Salaire + frais kilométriques remboursés au réel

Rémunération : 20 387,50€ à 72 363,40€ par an

Nombre dheures : 2 par semaine
