Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe commerciale et utiliserez vos compétences en communication pour assurer la satisfaction des clients.

Les missions demandées :

• Appeler un listing prédéfini
• ⁠Fournir un service client exceptionnel en répondant aux demandes et aux questions des clients
• ⁠Promouvoir et vendre nos produits et services
• Négocier avec les clients pour atteindre des accords mutuellement bénéfiques
• ⁠Effectuer des appels sortants pour promouvoir nos offres et générer des ventes

Profil recherché :

• Excellentes compétences en service client
• ⁠Capacité à travailler dans un environnement commercial dynamique
• Bonne connaissance du marché et des techniques de vente
• Capacité à négocier efficacement avec les clients
• Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite
