- The position works among cross functional teams to ensure the accounting activities are appropriately analyzed, processed and documented in compliance with internal controls, process and procedure and local country regulations.

- Responsible for day-to-day payroll administration
- Perform timesheet validation
- Assist payroll vendor with employee allowances, benefits, and net payroll processing
- Process monthly and annual tax filings and of social contributions
- Perform absence tracking and audits
- Perform Pay Plan updates when applicable and misc. bonus payments
- Communicating with payroll vendors, HR, managers, & employees
- Assist and/or complete misc. ad hoc projects as assigned
- To be aware of and sensitive to differences and work in a way consistent with the principles of equal opportunities and anti-discriminatory practice
- To maintain and respect confidentiality always and to ensure adherence to the Companys Confidentiality Policy
- To actively participate in regular coaching & counselling meetings, performance reviews and development meetings
- To undertake appropriate training as agreed with their manager and to take responsibility for self-development

All youll need for successMinimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- University degree with a focus in Accounting or equivalent education/experience
- At least 3 years of experience in the related field
- Experience with international business practices, tax and labor laws
- Fluent in verbal and written English and French
- Demonstrated excellent qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
- Must possess critical thinking skills as well as being a strategic thinker
- Commitment to high standards, integrity and ethics
- Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office software (e.g., Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
- Ability to deal with confidential subject matter
- Self-motivated with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Ability to work flexible hours when required
- Good team player
- Adaptable to change
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- CPA, ACCA, AAT or equivalent education/certification
- Demonstrated knowledge of airline accounting practices
- Demonstrated knowledge of SAP
- Ability to speak additional languages relevant for the countries of responsibility
