Poste du lundi au vendredi arrivée à 7h - 35h semaine

Vous aurez en charge la gestion de la partie pâtisserie dun restaurant (sur place / emporter), principalement desserts en verrines pour la partie emporter, préparation de pâtisserie américaines pour le coté café (muffin, cakes, brownies).

Vous pouvez être amenée à aider en cuisine, et à être au contact de la clientèle.

Responsabilités

• Concevoir et élaborer une variété de pâtisseries
• Superviser la préparation des aliments et sassurer de la qualité des ingrédients utilisés
• Gérer les opérations quotidiennes de la pâtisserie, y compris la planification des tâches et lorganisation du travail
• Garantir le respect des normes dhygiène et de sécurité alimentaire dans la manipulation des aliments
• Collaborer avec le personnel de service pour assurer une présentation optimale des produits aux clients
• Innover en proposant régulièrement de nouvelles créations pour enrichir notre offre

Personne motivée et dynamique ayant le sens de lorganisation et du respect des normes dhygiène.

Profil recherchéVous êtes fait(e) pour ce poste si vous possédez :

• Une expérience significative en tant que chef pâtissier ou cheffe pâtissière dans un environnement professionnel
• Une maîtrise des techniques de préparation culinaires
• Un sens aigu du service client
• Un bon sens de lorganisation, ainsi quune attention particulière aux détails

Type demploi : CDI

Rémunération : à partir de 1 600,00€ par mois

Horaires :

• Du lundi au vendredi

Rémunération supplémentaire :

• Prime trimestrielle
