Leur mission est de proposer aux professionnels de limmobilier des solutions innovantes et performantes pour maximiser leur croissance et leur visibilité.

Description du poste

- Pas de prospection mais de la gestion de comptes et de lupsell

• Gérer et optimiser un portefeuille clients existant en région PACA en proposant des solutions adaptées aux besoins spécifiques de chaque client.
• Élaborer des offres commerciales personnalisées en tenant compte des objectifs de vente et de la politique tarifaire du groupe (abonnements annonces, solutions digitales pour attirer acquéreurs et vendeurs, etc.).
• Conclure des contrats tout en garantissant la satisfaction des clients, de la négociation jusquau suivi post-signature.
• Assurer le suivi des comptes clients (principalement à distance) en maintenant une relation de proximité, en mesurant la satisfaction et en proposant des recommandations pour améliorer la performance des services souscrits.

Lensemble de ces missions sera réalisé en grande partie en sédentaire (bureaux à Aix-en-Provence & télétravail), avec certaines ventes en présentiel.

Type demploi : Temps plein, CDIStatut : Cadre

Rémunération : 40 000,00€ à 60 000,00€ par an
