CPA Partner, cabinet de recrutement spécialisé en finance, recherche pour lun de ses clients, un acteur leader dans le secteur de la cybersécurité, un(e) Head of FP&A en CDI à Courbevoie. En lien direct avec le CFO, vous serez responsable du département FP&A de la structure avec les responsabilités suivantes. Vos missions

• Encadrement dune équipe de contrôle de gestion, avec un focus sur le développement des compétences et la définition dobjectifs stratégiques
• Conception et gestion dun budget prévisionnel en collaboration avec la direction, en assurant le pilotage des prévisions et des ajustements budgétaires
• Suivi de la performance financière à travers la création dindicateurs clés, lanalyse des résultats et la proposition daxes damélioration continue
• Préparation de projections financières pour anticiper les risques et soutenir la prise de décision stratégique
• Conduite de projets doptimisation des processus, intégration de nouvelles méthodes de gestion et amélioration des outils de pilotage financier

Votre profil :

• Vous êtes titulaire dun Bac +5 en finance/comptabilité
• Vous avez au moins 5 ans dexpérience en FP&A, Transaction Services ou en audit financier.
• Vous avez déjà une expérience en management déquipe
• Vous maîtrisez langlais à loral comme à lécrit dans un cadre professionnel
