Supporting the development & delivery of the Global Dairy Category Strategy; defining opportunities for expansions and cross-brand/platform business development. Roll-out of Demand spaces framework into a clear portfolio strategy globally and supporting zones and CBUs in doing so. Contributing to defining the Health Strategy and Roadmaps for the Dairy Category.

The role reports to Dairy Global Head of Portfolio & Business Development and the scope covers dairy, yogurt & Chiled Desserts.

Your main responsibilities will focus on:

• Global LT Innovation Strategy: Work w/global platforms, R&I, S&I, IRO and key markets to design our category MT/LT innovation cycles based.

• Portfolio Strategy: support N+1 in the implementation of the next phase of global Portfolio Strategy based on priority Demand spaces for the category.

• X-Brand Initiatives: work with Global Brand Leads, Countries and Advertising/Media agency to ideate campaigns, activations or innovations where +2 brands/platforms are involved or where significant opportunities exist to grow the category.

• Serve as Mkt SPOC for Commercial Team: works together with Dairy Commercial Director to find relevant growth opportunities across channels/retailers for our brands based on our portfolio and demand space priorities.

• Animate the Dairy Marketing Community & Council: best practices sharing & cross fertilization mindset Bring the ‘outside in on innovation and beyond. This is yet to be designed and launched.

As part of this role you will be interacting with a wide range of senior stakeholders & functions at global and local level.

• Consolidated Sr Brand Manager (solid end-to-end innovation experience is a must)

• Analytical & able to translate complex ideas/data into simple tools and frameworks

• Strategic Thinking & Creative Problem-solver

• Proficient Project Management

• Strong Communication Skills

• Excellent stakeholder management & ability to manage complex networks

• Proactive and Hands-on

• Deal with complexity, manage pressure and work in highly dynamic environment

• Proficient in English (French and Spanish nice to have)

• Having an experience in different countries/ roles / having been exposed to different types of market is a plus
