You join our Compliance team in the GFS division, which is looking for a Compliance Officer - Revue Normative marketing and ethics documentation, for a 1-year rotation, starting in August/September.

Reporting to the Compliance and Internal Control Department, the Compliance Departments mission is to liaise and coordinate with the international distribution platform of Natixis Investment Managers, of which Natixis Investment Managers International is a member, ensure that all processes, procedures, products and services comply with the code of ethics and related procedures, as well as the AMF regulations and the French Monetary and Financial Code.

The department is composed of 8 employees divided into 2 teams: 4 for compliance and 4 for internal control.

In collaboration with your tutor, who will accompany you throughout your missions, you:

• Identify, prevent, detect and manage compliance risks related to the activities of Natixis Investment Managers Internationals asset management divisions;
• Advise and assist operational staff in the implementation of regulatory provisions;
• Contribute to compliance and compliance with all processes, procedures, products and services.

As part of the compliance team, you will be involved in monitoring the rules of ethics:

• Implementation and monitoring of training by employees;
• Compliance monitoring (code of ethics, telephone registration, gifts offered and/or received, personal transactions of employees, etc.)
• Also participate in the review of marketing and sales documents, intended for France, Belgium, Luxembourg and French-speaking Switzerland for professional or non-professional customers
• Assist the department with regulatory monitoring.
