As VP, Transformation Officer, you’ll partner directly with the CEO and Executive Team to lead Botify’s most strategic initiatives—driving transformation, alignment, and execution across the company. You’ll turn vision into measurable results, ensuring every team moves in sync as we scale toward our GEO and AI-driven future. You'll report to the CEO.

1. Strategic Planning & Corporate Alignment

• Lead annual and multi-year planning cycles and translate strategy into measurable OKRs.
• Build internal communication programs (all-hands, exec updates, newsletters) that keep teams aligned and informed.
• Partner with leadership to ensure strategic priorities cascade clearly across all departments.
• Facilitate executive and cross-functional meetings, ensuring alignment and disciplined execution.

2. Strategic Transformation Programs

• Orchestrate high-impact initiatives such as the SEO → GEO migration, AI-Powerhouse program, and pricing transformation.
• Define goals, milestones, and success metrics for each transformation stream.
• Ensure cross-functional execution and visibility across Product, CS, Marketing, and Sales.

3. Corporate Strategy & Board Operations

• Prepare and manage Board materials, strategic reviews, and executive reporting.
• Conduct opportunity assessments (e.g., partnerships, M&A, new markets).
• Track follow-through on Board and CEO initiatives.

4. Leadership & Culture Enablement

• Act as a “force multiplier” to the CEO, helping align the leadership team around top priorities.
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and customer obsession.
• Mentor emerging leaders driving transformation programs.

• 7–10 years’ experience in strategy, operations, or transformation roles, ideally within B2B SaaS.
• Proven success leading cross-functional projects from strategy to execution.
• Executive-level communication and analytical skills; ability to simplify complexity.
• High EQ, organizational rigor, and bias for action.
• (Nice-to-have) Experience in AI, search technology, or enterprise SaaS; bilingual in English/French.
