? Your Mission

As R&D Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our technical strategy and team development. You'll ensure the consistency of engineering activities—from defining the technical roadmap to delivering high-performance, scalable, and secure solutions to our internal customers.

? Your future responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy

• Guide engineering teams toward high-performance, scalable, safe, and secure systems, aligned with EasyMile’s resources and goals.
• Act as an ambassador of EasyMile’s vision and values through clear and inspiring communication.
• Strengthen relationships with strategic suppliers and partners.

Team Management

• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Define team structure, roles, and responsibilities.
• Support individual development through mentoring, training plans, and regular 1:1s.
• Lead recruitment efforts: sourcing, screening, interviewing.
• Conduct performance reviews and set clear goals aligned with company strategy.

Delivery & Execution

• Provide structure and resources to enable efficient software delivery.
• Coordinate with Product Owners to align on priorities and deliver roadmap features.
• Monitor key metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Participate in engineering and technical committee meetings to align with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure that technical decisions are clearly communicated and understood across teams.

We are looking for :

• Proven experience intechnical team management.
• Strongtechnical backgroundand ability to engage with architecture and roadmap discussions.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Excellent leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
