The team thrives on autonomy, cross-team collaboration, and constant improvement of our platform and developer experience.

Our mission in the Platform Team is to keep Evaneos’ infrastructure reliable, scalable, and secure.

We’re hiring a Security Engineer to own operational cybersecurity and drive our overall CyberSec maturity — by empowering developers, securing platforms and CI/CD pipelines, and managing vulnerabilities.

Here’s what your responsibilities will include, in this order:

Operational Security - SecOps

• Secure our cloud infrastructure (GCP, GKE, CloudFlare, …) in close collaboration with the Platform team
• Manage vulnerabilities and vulnerability reports
• Manage the relationship with our external SOC
• Lead security-related incidents response

DevSecOps Enablement

• Improve security skills across teams
• Strengthen software supply chain and CI/CD pipelines security

Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

• Implement and evolve our Information Security Policy (PSSI)
• Maintain Business Continuity Plan (BCP)
• Track and report risks to management

You may be a great fit for this position if:

You have solid experience in DevSecOps and cybersecurity, securing real infra, pipelines, and products — not just compliance decks.

You have strong generalist CyberSec knowledge, particularly in fast-paced, cloud-native environments.

You’re a natural enabler – you help devs grow, explain security without jargon, and can talk risk with top management.

You’re fluent in French and English.
