The Role
We’re looking for a results-driven Sales Professional to lead the charge in selling DCS’s flagship solution, 3DCS, and related quality management software. You’ll manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while building strong, lasting relationships with clients. This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter comfortable working in a hybrid or remote setup.
Responsibilities
• Lead Generation: Identify and engage new prospects through outreach and relationship-building. • Sales Execution: Sell software solutions to clients in key sectors like automotive and aerospace. • Client Relationships: Build trust with decision-makers by delivering tailored solutions and value. • Pipeline Management: Own the entire sales cycle, including discovery, proposals, and deal closure. • Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with engineering and support to ensure client success. • CRM & Reporting: Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track activities, and report on performance. • Market Insight: Stay current on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
Required • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field • 5+ years of B2B software sales experience • Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Salesforce • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Preferred • Experience in dimensional engineering, tolerance analysis, or quality management • Familiarity with manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace sectors
