As Marketing Manager Pays-Bas, you will take full ownership of marketing performance in a high-potential market.

You will build and scale a demand generation engine that drives pipeline and revenue, while collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

This is a hands-on, results-driven role for a B2B SaaS marketer who enjoys combining strategy and execution, testing new approaches, and delivering measurable growth.

What you will do

Build demand & pipeline:

  • Design and execute full-funnel campaigns across digital, content, events, and partnerships
  • Generate qualified pipeline and continuously improve conversion rates

Drive revenue impact:

  • Own the full marketing funnel (MQL → SQL → pipeline)
  • Track performance, run experiments, and optimize results with a data-driven approach

Act as a business partner:

  • Align marketing with Sales, Product, and Customer Success priorities
  • Support the Managing Director Pays-Bas on strategic marketing initiatives

Lead and coordinate:

  • Coordinate local marketing resources and ensure strong collaboration with Group Marketing teams.

Strengthen market presence:

  • Increase brand awareness and thought leadership in the Dutch infrastructure ecosystem
  • Activate strategic partnerships and industry events
Who you are
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or technology
  • Strong expertise in demand generation and growth marketing
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue impact
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams
  • Data-driven, hands-on, and performance-oriented
  • Experienced with CRM, marketing automation, and multichannel campaigns
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
