French Speaking Customer Support Specialist Microsoft – MW Enterprise Project

On-site | Tavros, Athens – Grèce
Start Date: 16 March
Work Model: Fully on-site (No Work From Accueil)

Job Description

We are looking for a French Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join the Microsoft MW Enterprise project. In this role, you will support enterprise and business customers by handling technical and account-related inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a high standard of customer experience.

You will act as the Premier point of contact for customers, ensure accurate troubleshooting, and collaborate with internal teams to provide timely and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and tickets from French-speaking enterprise customers
  • Provide support for Microsoft products, services, and enterprise solutions
  • Troubleshoot technical and account-related issues
  • Guide customers through step-by-step solutions
  • Escalate complex or unresolved cases to specialized teams
  • Document all interactions accurately in internal systems
  • Follow Entreprise processes, SLAs, and quality standards
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times
Requirements
  • Fluent/Native French (C2)
  • Good English (B2 minimum)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical mindset
  • Basic technical/IT knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work on-site in Athens
Working Conditions
  • Monday to Friday
  • 10:00 – 19:00
  • Office-based role in Tavros (Athens)
  • No remote or work-from-Accueil option
Compensation & Benefits
  • €1,350 gross monthly salary
  • Performance bonus up to €500/month
  • 30 working days per year
  • Flight ticket (within EU)
  • Airport pickup
  • 2 weeks hotel accommodation
  • Real estate agency fees covered
