THE TEAMJoin our APAC team in Sydney, Australie, where you'll collaborate closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing teams. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by fostering strong relationships and ensuring customers maximise the value of our experimentation, personalization, feature management, and experience optimization solutions..
You will partner closely with clients to help them achieve their digital optimization goals through strategic guidance, best practices, and ongoing enablement.
- Collaboration tools: ChurnZero, Trello, Gong, PowerBI, Slack, Jira, Confluence, and more
- Travel: Occasional travel to client sites and industry events
YOUR MISSION- Manage a portfolio of strategic commercial clients, guiding them through onboarding, platform adoption, and long-term optimization initiatives
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders by combining technical understanding with strong business acumen.
- Drive measurable business outcomes, customer retention, and account growth through shared success plans and value-driven engagement.
- Lead onboarding, training, and enablement sessions to build client confidence and accelerate time to value.
- Partner closely with Key Account Managers, Engineering, Product, and Support teams to align resources, mitigate risks, and deliver a seamless customer experience
- Proactively identify churn risks and develop action plans to improve retention and customer satisfaction.
- Develop deep expertise across multiple products while staying informed on industry trends and best practices.
- Act as a trusted partner by proactively identifying client challenges, sharing product feedback internally, and helping clients navigate evolving business needs..
- Support the development of customer references and case studies, while providing actionable feedback to help improve AB Tasty’s products and services.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING- At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing Customer Success, SaaS, or digital optimization role.
- Customer-focused, organized, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and share best practices across the team.
- Analytical thinker who can translate data into actionable suggestions for clients.
- Interest in UX, analytics, e-commerce, or customer experience optimization, with the ability to provide thoughtful recommendations to clients..
- Experience working with digital agencies, technology partners, or channel ecosystems in a customer-facing role is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed to meet clients on-site, particularly across Australie.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, proactive, and customer-centric mindset.
