Contexte : Une entreprise textile sur Caudry recherche un bonnetier HF. Vous souhaitez intégrer une entreprise de taille humaine sur du long terme.

Vos missions : Vous approvisionnez, conduisez, et surveillez un ensemble de machines destinées à la fabrication de produits textiles tricotés, conforme au cahier des charges, dans le respect des règles dhygiène et de sécurité

Ce métier sexerce dans un atelier de production en équipes. Lactivité comporte de la manipulation de charges. Travaille debout et se déplace dans l’atelier de production.

  • Vous préparez des barres des métiers à tricoter (Montage des ensouples sur barres)
  • Vous approvisionnez les machines
  • Vous surveillez le bon déroulement des opérations de production
  • Vous levez des pièces produites en tombée de métiers (rouleaux de tissu)
  • Vous effectuez les opérations de nettoyage et de maintenance 1er niveau
  • Vous échangez et vous passez les consignes aux équipes suivantes.
  • Vous contrôlez la conformité des processus de fabrication et des produits sur une ou plusieurs machines
  • Vous réalisez et vous vous adaptez à d’autres missions liées à l’activité de l’entreprise.
