Intégré(e) au pôle administratif de notre société, vos principales missions s’articuleront autour des domaines suivants : l’administration des ventes et l’administration des achats.

Plus particulièrement, vous serez en charge de :

  • Suivre et mettre à jour la tarification des pièces
  • Réaliser les factures en cohérence avec les commandes des clients
  • Organiser les transports des matériels
  • Réaliser et enregistrer des commandes d’achats de fournitures diverses
  • Participer à la mise à jour de la base de données de notre logiciel commercial

Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation dans le domaine de la gestion et avez des notions en comptabilité.

Rigoureux(se), dynamique et polyvalent(e), vous appréciez alterner les tâches qui vous sont confiées.

Situés dans un environnement calme et proche de tous commerces (idéal pour la pause déjeuner), nous vous accueillons au sein de notre entreprise.
