QA Engineer

About The RoleAs a QA, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products are robust, fast to deliver and ultra-reliable. You will be involved from the early stages of projects, working alongside product managers and developers to:

• Understand business and technical issues.
• Define relevant, impact-oriented testing strategies.
• Detect risks upstream and avoid bugs before they affect production.
• Work with developers to define the right tests to implement.
• Set up automated end-to-end tests to validate critical paths.

? Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the specification phases, refine acceptance criteria, challenge grey areas.
• Write clear and scalable test plans.
• Automate testing on our key journeys.
• Monitor the quality of releases and quickly identify regressions.
• Collaborate with developers to improve code testability.
• Foster a culture of quality throughout the product and tech team.

? About You

• Initial experience in QA in a tech start-up environment.
• You have already worked in a CI/CD context, with short release cycles.
• You know how to test by thinking like a user.
• You are proficient in at least one automated testing framework.
• You understand product, business and technical issues, and you know how to link the three together.
• You are curious, rigorous, and you know how to push to get things done right by accelerating delivery.
