Duration: 4 to 6 Months (Flexible)

Position Overview: Are you passionate about creating compelling video content for social media platforms and shows? Synamedia is seeking a talented Trainee/Apprentice in Video Content Development to join our dynamic team. This training opportunity offers hands-on experience in developing diverse video content under the guidance of experienced professionals. The ideal candidate should possess a good level of English proficiency and be ready to embark on a rewarding journey in video content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our creative team to brainstorm, storyboard, and script videos tailored for social media platforms and shows.

• Assist in all stages of video production, including filming, editing, and post-production tasks.

• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards in all video content developed.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance the effectiveness and appeal of our content.

• Embrace learning opportunities and actively participate in skill development activities throughout the training period.

• Social management support

Qualifications:

• Proficient level of English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Passion for video content creation and storytelling.

• Basic knowledge of video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

• Strong attention to detail and creativity.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications (not required but advantageous):

• Previous experience or coursework in video production, film studies, or related fields.

• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).

• Understanding of social media platforms and their video content requirements.
