About the Role

We have a range of non-core products today which have a specific price positioning and value proposition. From low cost to premium experience, these products represent a significant part of our business and we believe theres an opportunity to grow these products further, serving the needs of a wide range of existing and potential riders. This will involve getting a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by our riders, designing and deploying the right actions and keep improving to always stay on top of expectations. You will identify, plan and execute initiatives to improve the performance of our product portfolio, including optimising product pricing, improving reliability, launching new features. You will be working closely with the cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, strategy and operations; and requires a combination of strong problem solving, project management and interpersonal skills.

What the Candidate Will Do:
  • Define long term strategy and manage the France product portfolio growth plan, identifying, evaluating, planning and prioritising the most important growth initiatives, gaining engagement and commitment to collaborate to deliver your plans from teams across the business
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives, employing strong project management, stakeholder management and teamwork skills to successfully execute in a constantly changing and complex environment
  • Regularly analyse the operational and commercial performance of the products, identifying new performance or customer experience opportunities or issues
  • Perform deep dive analysis to uncover the root causes of issues, identify the most appropriate solutions and evaluate the potential or actual success of initiatives by combining complex data analysis and modelling together with insights from customer feedback and site visits.
  • Effectively plan and organise your time, working on a combination of project work and regular analysis and reporting
  • Partner with a range of local and regional teams to evaluate and launch initiatives, including Central Operations, Legal, Product, Marketing, Customer Experience, etc.
What the Candidate Will Need:
  • 3+ years of solid operational and analytical experience gained in a tech company, management consulting, finance, or revenue growth and customer experience improvements for a specific product or business area, in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem solving - the ability to break down ambiguous problems by applying structure and using data-driven insights to solve them
  • Analytics - experience dealing with complex data sets using excel/google sheets (SQL a big plus), deriving insights, checking against what you see in the real world and synthesising recommendations
  • Strong business acumen - you are commercially astute and can evaluate from many angles whether ideas will be beneficial to the business over the short and long-term. You can translate quantitative findings into action plans, with initiatives prioritised based on business benefits and risk.
  • Project ownership and delivery - demonstrated ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders effectively in an ever-changing, rapid growth environment, and coordinate, plan and prioritise tasks across multiple projects.
  • Strong project and portfolio management skills - the ability to identify and prioritise initiatives and successfully drive a project from beginning to end - no matter what.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment and execute quickly.
