About the Villa

The villa is located in near Monaco.

This is a LIVE OUT position.

The project

We are looking for one Housekeeper ready to start working as soon as possible. Of course, the owners are conducting a proper recruitment process to find THE candidate.

Flexibility is hence a key factor in this case.

You will be in-charge of doing the housekeeping and the meal service.

For the Housekeeping:

• You will be in-charge of vacuuming/cleaning floors, carpets, surfaces, etc.
• You will be in-charge of making the beds, changing linens, setting up the bedrooms and bathrooms, etc
• You will be in-charge of cleaning/sanitising bathrooms, showers, toilets, sinks, and counter-tops
• You will be in-charge of replenishing toiletries, towels, supplies, etc
• Ensuring the main areas as corridors, living rooms are always dusted, tidy and well organised in accordance to the owners habits.

Most importantly, we would like a Housekeeper who understands the habits of the owners and their way of living.

For the Laundry/Wardrobe:

• You will also be in charge of packing/unpacking suitcases for owners
• Managing dry cleaning wherever needed, taking to the dry cleaners specific clothes that cannot be washed by hand or in a washing machine

For Service:

• You will be in-charge of meal services and you will assist the chef to organise the service of all meals
• Setting up and cleaning the dining table, ceramics, cutlery, etc, before and after the meals
• Serving the food and drinks as requested by the owners in a discreet & professional manner
• Ensuring a discreet execution of Meal Service without being noticed by the owners, behind the scenes

Desired profile

• You must be very autonomous and able to report and respect your hierarchy at the same time.
• We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and likes to work in private households.
• Previous experience as a housekeeper or as a Housekeeper is MANDATORY.
• You are comfortable in housekeeping, service and laundry.
• You are a multitasking person and flexible, able to follow the processes that are already implemented and able to be reactive when facing something unusual.
• You are a smiling and positive person, you respect confidentiality and you are trust-worthy and discreet. You have a positive attitude generally speaking and you have a great sense of human relationship, communication comes with an ease.
• You are organized and you know how to prioritize your tasks during the day, you equally know how to balance different rhythms, especially winter/autumn compared to summer season and especially when the Villa is occupied/unoccupied.
• You are always on time and present well, you make sure that your appearance is always clean and professional
• You MUST speak English. French is a plus.
• You MUST have a driving license as you can not access the Villa easily, public transport option can not be considered.
• You DO NOT HAVE A CRIMINAL RECORD, you are honest and trustworthy.

Salary : 2500 - 3000 euros net / month (based on profile)

Contract: French permanent contract

2 days off per week, not necessarily weekends

Flexibility is required when owners are in the Villa, you will catch up on the following weeks if current week is busy.
