World leader in private higher education, Galileo Global Education is recruiting for its International office, an International Caller M/F “CDD” in Paris 11th, the position is to be filled immediately

Être téléconseiller chez Galileo Global Education consiste à accueillir puis orienter le plus grand nombre de futurs étudiants par téléphone vers nos écoles ou vers les téléconseillers dédiés.

Being an international Caller at Galileo Global Education involves welcoming and then advising the greatest number of future students by telephone on their academic journey with us.

Missions principales :

Main missions:

  • Être capable de présenter les programmes de formation et les modalités d’inscription des écoles

Be able to present the various academic programs we offer and its admissions process

  • Support pour la gestion administrative des dossiers de candidature

Support in administrative process of the international admission

  • Utiliser les outils CRM, Outlook, les mettre à jour rigoureusement avec les informations collectées

Use of CRM and outlook tools, rigorously update them with the information/data collected

Profil recherché :

Required profil

  • Anglais natif & Français un plus mais non-requis

Native English & French a plus but not required

  • Vous disposez idéalement d’une première expérience réussie en relation client à distance.

You ideally have a first successful experience in remote customer relations

  • Vous avez le sens de l’accueil, de l’écoute et du service.

You have a sense of welcoming, listening and servicing customers

  • Vous avez des fortes qualités relationnelles.

You have strong interpersonal Skills

Salaire : 21 192 brut annuel de fixe + 2400 de prime
